Update: 7 June 2013 Gallipoli 2015 Ballot and Ticketing Services - Request for Tender
On 25 April 2015 we commemorate the centenary of the Anzac landings at Gallipoli in Turkey.
It is estimated that up to 40,000 New Zealanders and Australians are interested in attending, which would significantly exceed the capacity of the small commemorative site. We need to make sure commemorations are respectful and carried out in a safe and secure environment.
The Governments of New Zealand and Australia will each run a ballot system to allocate their own attendance passes. The passes are free but those allocated a pass will pay all their own travel, accommodation, and other costs. Decisions about how the ballot system will work are available on this website.
