Johnston's Jolly Cemetery

Looking south from Johnson's Jolly Cemetery enclosure with Lone Pine Memorial immediately to the right of the memorial. Scrolling right, in the trees on the other side of the Conkbayiri road are the remains of Anzac trenches. Chunuk Bair will come into view to the south. It lies on the skyline between the road and the edge of the cemetery enclosure.

The Johnston's Jolly Cemetery contains the known graves of one New Zealander. A further New Zealander, who served with the Australian Empire Force, is known or believed to be interred in this cemetery and is commemorated by a special memorial.

Panorama help
Once the movie downloads (about 1-2 mins on a 56k dial-up connection) you can move around inside the image with your mouse pointer, click and drag to explore. If the question mark symbol in the grey bar is highlighted you can click on it to see hotspot links. These are either in the form of roll-over text (an empty circle appears when rolling over) or links to other panoramas (a small globe appears when rolling over). The + and - are to zoom in and out. This panorama requires QuickTime 5 or later to view.
